1. These terms and who provides the service
WWAIT is provided by What Would A+I Think Oy WWAIT, a company registered in Finland. These Terms of Service form the agreement between you and the company for your use of WWAIT.
By accepting these terms, and by using WWAIT, you agree to them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
How your personal information is handled is described separately in the Privacy Notice, which is part of this agreement.
2. What WWAIT is, and what it is not
WWAIT is an artificial intelligence service that models the structural and conversational features of a therapeutic process over time. You are always talking to software, never to a human therapist.
WWAIT is not healthcare, not psychotherapy, not a medical device and not a substitute for treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor, predict or alleviate illness, and it makes no clinical promises.
WWAIT is not a crisis or emergency service. In an emergency, or when there is danger to you or to someone else, contact your local emergency number or crisis services.
WWAIT does not give professional advice on medical, legal, financial or other specialist matters, and nothing it says should be relied on as such advice.
3. Who may use WWAIT
WWAIT is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to use the service.
Your account is personal. You may use it only for yourself, and you may not share it with, or use it on behalf of, another person.
4. Your account
You sign in either with Google or with an email address and a password. When you use an email address and a password, the address must be confirmed before you can start.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. If you believe someone else has access to it, change your password and contact support.
You must give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
When using WWAIT, you agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to harm yourself or another person;
- attempt to obtain instructions or methods for harming yourself or others;
- impersonate another person, or use the service on behalf of someone else;
- attempt to circumvent access controls, security measures, quotas or payment;
- reverse engineer, scrape, resell or make the service or its content available to third parties;
- interfere with the operation of the service, or overload it by automated means.
6. What the service includes
What your plan includes — the length and rhythm of sessions, and any additional sessions — is described on the pricing page and in the service at the time you subscribe. The service is provided as it is described there.
Sessions have a time frame, and reserved times, quotas and availability are decided by the service. Unused time within a period is not carried over unless the service states otherwise.
WWAIT is delivered over the internet and depends on your own device, microphone and connection working.
7. Prices and payments
Current prices are shown on the pricing page and at checkout, including any value added tax. Prices are shown before you commit to a purchase.
WWAIT uses Stripe Managed Payments. Purchases are sold to you by Sold through Link, LLC, which acts as merchant of record: it processes the payment, handles the indirect tax (such as VAT) included in Managed Payments and issues the receipts. Stripe and Link also handle transaction-level payment disputes and payment support within Managed Payments, and their own terms apply to the payment transaction.
A subscription is charged for each period in advance and renews automatically until it is cancelled. If a payment fails, access may be suspended until the payment succeeds.
8. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not delete your stored process; deleting is a separate choice you make yourself.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you receive a full refund when you request it within 14 days of the order date. The guarantee covers the first session and the first paid period of a subscription. Refunds are requested at billing@wwait.ai, and an approved refund is returned to the original payment method. The full conditions are in the Refund Policy.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because WWAIT is a digital service that begins immediately at your request, you are asked to agree to that immediate start and you acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed. The money-back guarantee applies regardless of whether the right of withdrawal still applies.
9. Availability and changes to the service
WWAIT aims to be available continuously, but no uninterrupted availability is promised. Maintenance, provider outages and technical faults can interrupt the service.
The service is developed continuously, and its features, models and providers may change. Changes that materially reduce what you have paid for will not be made without telling you in advance.
10. Intellectual property
The service, its software, texts, design, brand and name belong to What Would A+I Think Oy WWAIT or its licensors. Accepting these terms gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the service or its content, except as permitted by law.
11. What you bring into a session
What you say or write in a session remains yours. WWAIT uses it to run your process and to remember it between sessions, as described in the Privacy Notice.
You control your own data: you can ask WWAIT to forget a single matter, delete your whole stored process, download a copy of your data and close your account. These are in the service and need no request.
Please do not bring another person's confidential information into a session when it is not necessary for your own process.
12. Liability
WWAIT is provided as a conversational service that models a therapeutic process. Its responses are generated by software and may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
To the extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or damage arising from your reliance on the content of a session. The company's total liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection law.
13. Ending the agreement
You may stop using WWAIT at any time, cancel your subscription and delete your account yourself. Deleting your account removes your process data and your sign-in identity, and cannot be undone.
The company may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where continued use would create a risk to you or to another person. Where possible you will be told the reason.
Ending the agreement does not affect payments already due, nor records the company must keep by law.
14. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated, for example when the service, the law or the payment arrangements change. The version and its effective date are always shown with the document.
When the meaning changes materially, you will be asked to accept the updated terms before you continue. Continued use after that acceptance is your agreement to the new version.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your own country of residence in the EU.
Disputes are heard by the District Court of Helsinki, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring the matter before a court where you live. As a consumer in Finland you may also take the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, after first contacting Consumer Advisory Services.
16. Contact
For questions about these terms or about your account, contact support. Privacy matters have their own contact address, given in the Privacy Notice.
